We offer a range of six comfortable rooms between 13 qm and 33 qm (four have kitchenettes).

All prices are per person per night. They migh vary accordning to demand.
Every additional person will be charged €10,00 per night (except for in the family room in which children under 18 can stay for free with one or two adults).
The price per night doesn’t include breakfast.

at Café List
(from 8:30 on weekdays)
Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at Café List, which caters to any budget or taste from 8:30 onwards (9:00 am on a Saturday, 10:00 am on a Sunday) – just 150m down the street.
The special discount for List Five guests includes a hot beverage, fresh baguette, and a selection of jams, meats, cheeses and fruit for EUR 10.00.
Early Bird Breakfast
at „Kantinchen“ (weekdays from 7:00 am)
For early risers, there’s always the breakfast deal at Kantinchen, just 50m away:
Enjoy a hot beverage, a Birchermuesli with fresh fruit or a savoury bagel for EUR 6,00 or a quick "French Breakfast" with a hot drink and croissant for EUR 4,00. The choice is your's!
Hospitality Tray in List Five
In the List Five there is a "hospitality tray" for you with tea or coffee and biscuits or similar. ready.
Our "Food Corner" (telephone booth display case in the hallway) offers you a packaged croissant, a flapjack or more as a light snack.
We’ve also negotiated special breakfast deals at nearby cafés just for you.

If this is your first booking with us, we would like to receive your credit card details. Alternatively you can secure your booking by paying for the first night (credit card/PayPal). We will contact you! The rest of your payment can be made after arrival (cash, card, invoice). We will also gladly book your stay for you if you let me know the relevant details (dates, room, number of people). In gerneral cancellations up to 2 days before your planned arrival are free of charge.
For cancellations on the day before your arrival we will charge 50%, later cancellations may be charged in full.
Location
List Five is situated in a quiet but central residential area in Stuttgart’s south, close to many interesting little shops, cafés and restaurants. From the Hauptbahnhof you can be at List Five within 15 minutes by public transport or 10 minutes by taxi. It is a 35 minute journey by public transport or 15 minutes by taxi to the airport and trade fair.
By public transport
You will find uns in Liststrasse No. 5 in 70180 Stuttgart.
From the Hauptbahnhof you can be at List Five
within 15 minutes.
The lines U6, U7, and U12 can take you from Hauptbahnhof to Bopser in 6 minutes. From there it is an uncomplicated 8 minute downhill walk to List Five. Alternatively, take bus No. 43 at Olgaeck (also on the lines U6, U7, and U12 from Hauptbahnhof) which will take you very close to List Five in just 6 minutes.
On your return journey (to save you the uphill walk) we recommend you take the U1 or U14 from Marienplatz (8 minutes’ walk) to Hauptbahnhof (9 minute trip).
By taxi
A taxi can take you to List Five in 10 minutes (about 15 EUR) from the main station or in 15 minutes from the airport
(about 30 EUR).
By car
Please note that parking spots are a scarce commodity in the Lehenviertel. Depending on availability, you can rent a spot in our backyard or the garage of the neighbouring house for EUR 9.00 per night.
From the airport
If you will be arriving by plane, please take U6 and exit "Bopser", then walk downhill through Etzelstrasse and Alexanderstrasse.

About Us
The List Five is a British-style guesthouse waiting to welcome you for your next stay in Stuttgart! We have six cosy and well-equipped rooms suitable for anyone from the single business person to the traveling family. Enjoy the luxury box spring beds, the British tea from the hospitality tray and the fluffy M&S towels. Whether you’re just staying the night or you’re in Stuttgart for a few weeks, we combine the flexibility of a hostel with the comforts of home. You will check in with a key code (very easy) and we are available for questions on the phone.
An exzcellent WiFi is of great importance to us (250 Mbit/s and supervectoring; mesh-WiFi with two additional access points) as is sustainability.
All rooms are non-smoking rooms. With respect to other guests pets are unfortunately not allowed.
